Meet Robyn

Mom of three busy little kids and owner of Cochrane Women's Fitness.

I have a Diploma in Exercise Science, am a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, a Healthy Eating Coach from Precision Nutrition and a Yoga teacher!

I have recently explored my passion of food by completing a certification in exercise nutrition by Precision Nutrition.

I have been a Personal Fitness Trainer since 2008 and have many certifications to keep workouts fun and interesting including TRX, Keizer spin, Agatsu kettlebell and Bender Ball foundations to name a few. 

When I’m not chasing around my kids I enjoy running, cycling, hiking and being outdoors. 

I want help you reach your goals while working with you and empowering you!


Outdoor Fitness Class

Join other women from the community in a fun 1 hour workout. Moms and babies are welcome! Classes run in 6 week sessions, 1 or 2 classes a week offered in the spring, summer and fall.
