Meet Robyn

Hi! I'm Robyn,

Mom of three busy little kids and owner of Cochrane Women's Fitness.

I have a Diploma in Exercise Science, am a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and a Yoga teacher! I've been a Personal Fitness Trainer since 2008 and have many certifications to keep workouts fun and interesting including TRX, Keizer spin, Agatsu kettlebell and Bender Ball foundations to name a few. 

When I’m not chasing around my kids I enjoy running, cycling, hiking and being outdoors. 

My goal is to empower women while delivering safe and effective workouts.


Outdoor Fitness Class

Join other women from the community in a fun 1 hour workout. Moms and babies are welcome! Classes run in 6 week sessions, 1 or 2 classes a week offered in the spring, summer and fall.

Personal Program Design

Let me design you a 6 week program to meet your specific goals and needs! 


This package includes access to your workout online; which features exercise video demos, commenting, chats with me, email reminders and many other features.
