I am qualified with over 15 years of experience as a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer.  Fitness is constantly evolving and I believe in growing with it. My certifications include Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, a Diploma in Exercise Science, TRX, Spin, Kettlebell, and Precision Nutrition. 

More importantly, I am here to keep you accountable, motivated and always supported.

Class designed specifically for women! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, all levels are welcome to join this outdoor full-body workout. 


Our 45-minute class includes a variety of circuits, HIIT exercises, and strength training, ensuring a well-rounded and effective session. 


Robyn is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist, she is able to modify the workout to accommodate your individual needs, making it a great option for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.
