I have a Diploma in Exercise Science, am a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, a Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist, a Healthy Eating Coach from Precision Nutrition and a Yoga teacher!
I have been a Personal Fitness Trainer since 2008 and have an array of certifications to keep workouts fun and interesting including TRX, Keizer spin, Agatsu kettlebell and Bender Ball foundations to name a few.
When I’m not chasing around my kids I enjoy running, cycling,
hiking and baking macaroons.
